Turn any spreadsheet into a form with Quick Fill

Collecting answers in one place and copying them into a spreadsheet later is double work. Quick Fill makes the form and the sheet the same thing: each submission is a new row, the moment it is sent.

Build the form from your columns

Pick the columns you want to ask about and write a question for each, with optional help text and a required switch. The field matches the column: a date picker for a date column, yes/no buttons for a yes/no column, an upload box for an image or document column, and a “use my location” button for a location column.

Add a header image and a description so the form looks like yours.

Share it with a link

Anyone with the link can fill the form — no account needed. Links can never expire or expire after a day, a week or a month, and you can revoke one at any time. Each link shows how many responses it has collected.
