A team calendar that already knows your sheets
Schedules brings everything with a date into one calendar — the things you add to it, and the dates that already live in your sheets.
Add what you need to remember
- Events with a start and end time, or all day
- To-dos you can tick off from the calendar
- Notes linked to a note from your notebook
- Bookmarks: a web link for a given day
Team meetings that repeat
Schedule a meeting for a team once, or make it repeat daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or on your own pattern — every other Tuesday and Thursday, say — with an optional end date. Everyone in the team sees it on their calendar with a Join call button.
Dates that land on it by themselves
Give a sheet column the Calendar type and every date in it appears on Schedules, with a link back to its sheet. Photos taken with the Flicx Sheet camera appear on the day they were taken.
Right-click a day to add something to it, switch between Month and Agenda views, and hide any kind of entry you do not want to see.
Questions
- Can I schedule a meeting that repeats every week?
- Yes. Choose Weekly, or Custom to pick the weekdays and how many weeks apart, and optionally a date to stop repeating.
- Who sees a team meeting?
- Everyone in the team sees it on their calendar. Only the person who created it can edit or delete it.
- How do dates from a spreadsheet get onto the calendar?
- Set the column's type to Calendar. Every filled cell then shows on Schedules on its date, titled from the row.
