Track places in a spreadsheet, and see them on a map
Addresses and coordinates are hard to read in a grid. A Location column in Flicx Sheet turns each one into a pin you can tap to open on a map.
Three ways to add a place
- Type or paste an address — “Charminar, Hyderabad”
- Paste a Google Maps link
- Tap “Use my current location” on a phone to capture coordinates
Open it on a map
Every location cell opens a map preview inside the app, with a button to open the place in Google Maps for directions. Coordinates and Google Maps links pasted into ordinary text columns are recognised too.
Collect locations from other people
Add a location question to a Quick Fill form and respondents can share where they are with one tap — handy for field visits, deliveries and site inspections.

- Does Flicx Sheet track my location in the background?
- No. Your location is only read when you press “Use my location”, and only saved in the cell you chose.
- Can I paste Google Maps links?
- Yes. Full Google Maps links open on the in-app map. Short maps.app.goo.gl links open straight in Google Maps.
